Tiyula Itum

How to cook

 

1.       Thaw marinated Tiyula Itum Beef

2.       Make sure you do not rinse the marinated Tiyula Itum Beef

3.       Put the thawed tiyula itum in a pot

4.       Add 1 liter of water

5.       Cook for 2 hours or more until the meat is tender

6.       Add more water depending on desire

7.       Best served while hot 

 

 

                                                                       Pressure Cooker

 

1.       Thaw marinated Tiyula Itum Beef

2.       Make sure you do not rinse the marinated Tiyula Itum Beef

3.       Put the thawed tiyula itum in the pressure cooker

4.       Add 1 liter of water

5.       Cook in the pressure cooker for 1 hour until the meat is tender

6.       Add more water depending on desire

7.       Best served while hot 

 
Ingredients:
Piypis Itum (spices), ginger, garlic, Lemongrass and one kilo beef (all meat) 
 

Piyanggang Manok

How to Cook

Deep Fry

 

1.       Thaw marinated piyanggnag chicken

2.       Make sure you do not rinse the marinated piyanggnag Chicken

3.       Deep-fry until chicken is well done or depending on desire 

 

 

Grill, Bake or Turbo Broiling

 

1.       Thaw marinated piyanggnag chicken

2.       Make sure you do not rinse the marinated piyanggnag Chicken

3.       Grill or Bake until Chicken is well done

4.       Turbo broil at 250 °C for 15-20 minutes for each side 

 

Ingredients:
Piypis Itum (spices), ginger, salt, Lemongrass and one whole chicken
